Trading
Quick buy, presets, slippage, fees and how to stop.
Trading opens in stages during the beta. Where it is not on for you yet, the screen says so and nothing is sent.
Quick buy
The buy buttons on a token, on Trenches cards and on lists use your amounts. In Pro the default amounts are in SOL (0.5, 1, 2 and 5); in Easy they are in dollars. Quick sell offers 25 %, 50 %, 75 % and 100 % of your position.
Presets P1, P2 and P3
A preset keeps your settings for buys and for sells: slippage, priority fee, tip and how the trade is sent. P1 is meant for fast entries, P2 for normal trades and P3 for careful ones. Change them in Settings → Trading; the buy panel shows which preset is in use.
Slippage
- Slippage is how far the price may move against you between the quote and the trade. If it moves more, the trade fails and you keep your coins.
- The default is «Auto · max 30%»: bopzop picks the slippage for each token and never asks for more than 30 %. You can type your own.
- A slippage you type above 20 % makes bopzop warn you and ask you to confirm it explicitly before you sign. Auto doesn't ask up to its 30 %.
Priority fee and tip
The priority fee and the tip help your trade land sooner when the network is busy. They are paid to the network, not to bopzop. Every trade has a cap on them: a trade above it is refused before you sign.
Front-running (MEV)
Some bots try to trade just before and after you (a «sandwich») to profit from your slippage. Every preset sends trades through a lane that reduces this, and no setting turns that off. No setting can promise it never happens, so keep your slippage as low as the token allows.
Fees
- bopzop's fee is 0.95 % of each trade.
- If you joined with an invite, your fee is 0.85 %.
- The fee is shown as its own line before you sign. Network fees, priority fee and tip are separate and go to the network.
Safety checks before every trade
- Every trade is simulated before it goes out. No simulation, no trade.
- bopzop sets no cap on the amount you trade: you decide. If the dollar value of a trade can't be known, the screen tells you before you sign.
- A trade is done only when it is confirmed on-chain; the screen shows each step.
Pause my trading and STOP ALL
«Pause my trading» (Settings → Safety) is your own stop: it pauses your copies, cancels your open orders and stops every trade waiting for your signature. Your positions are never sold. You can also revoke your trading permissions in the same step.
STOP ALL is bopzop's own emergency stop for everyone. It is checked before every trade is sent.
A trade already sent to the network can't be called back.
