Waitlist privacy notice

Last updated: October 2, 2026

Who we are

bopzop is a project run by Adam Dahhan, based in Barcelona, Spain. Contact: hello@bopzop.trade.

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we store your email address, the date you joined, your place in line, your personal referral code, who referred you (if anyone) and the approximate country of your connection as reported by our hosting provider, Cloudflare.

Why

Only to manage the waitlist: tell you when bopzop launches, invite you to the private beta and count your referrals. We do not sell your data and we do not use it for advertising.

How long

Until 12 months after public launch, or earlier if you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time by writing to hello@bopzop.trade. If you are in the EU you can also complain to your data protection authority (in Spain, the AEPD).

Where it is stored

On Cloudflare's infrastructure, which may process data outside the EU under its standard contractual clauses.
